We are looking to hire a Product Owner to join our Product team. You will work closely with our Development & QA teams to deliver features that improve our in-house SaaS software for our customers.
As a Product Owner, you will articulate requirements as features for development to build onto our in-house SaaS software. You will be required to contribute to meetings to identify the best solutions to a customer’s requirements.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and improvements to existing functionality, creating solution proposals, whilst validating the build. You will be central to the team and be best placed to support the squads in delivering quality feature enhancements and innovation.
Responsibilities

Drive the product road map by defining product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria in an agile environment

Collaborate across functions to support the end-to-end lifecycle of a feature, from concept to release in a fast-paced environment

Manage the sprint backlog with a strong focus on prioritisation and product innovation

Support the Squad Team with the end-to-end development and testing of feature releases, from concept to release in a fast-paced environment

Explore efficient tracking and reporting approaches to product feature releases

Develop a strong understanding of our customer base, users, and the technology

Liaise with the Solutions Team to better understand client requirements

Collaborate with UX/UI Designers for feature designs and Figma prototypes

Strong communicator

Ability to write use cases and scenarios of a feature request with acceptance criteria

Facilitation skills to lead workshops that drive requirements gathering and solutioning

Good prioritisation skills to manage the product backlog and sprint planning
Desired

Experience with customisable technology products

Previously worked in an agile environment

A background in SaaS technology or prop-tech
