We have implemented a solution where fu3e is configured to automatically process invoices received from the supply chain via email and input them directly into the system. The &Soul team can then easily review and approve these invoices before processing them for payment through Xero, the client’s accounting software.
This setup ensures that all costs are accurately recorded against the agreed project budgets, facilitating effective monitoring of cost performance.
A key challenge for &Soul was the manual handling of invoices, which proved to be time-consuming and error-prone. This led to delays, difficulties in approving payments, and complications in tracking costs against project budgets.
Additionally, the lack of integration with the accounting software further exacerbated the inefficiencies.
