Introduction
A residential led mixed-use development scheme in the heart of Nine Elms, Vauxhall. The development will provide a range of assets including student accommodation, co-living, residential apartments, hotel and office space with high planning risk and extensive consultant involvement.
Problem
Under a traditional delivery model, the project would have relied on email, shared drives and manually compiled reports.
Solution
fu3e was implemented as the single governed project environment for all professional teams. Documents, actions, risks and decisions were managed within one controlled platform, ensuring only current information was relied upon. Live dashboards replaced static reporting and project management was conducted directly within the system rather than outside it.
"fu3e became our single source of truth on Vauxhall Square. It was the one place we relied on to manage issues, documents and decisions across a very large professional team."
"Coming up to planning, fu3e really came into its own. It gave us confidence that what we were submitting and reviewing was the correct, current material."
"It wasn't just a reporting tool. We actively used fu3e to work through issues as the project progressed, rather than dealing with problems after the fact."
"Because everything lived in one place, it became very clear who was engaging and who wasn't. That visibility is hard to achieve with folders and emails."
"Vauxhall Square had around 130 people involved. Using fu3e at that scale proved that if it works here, it will work on any project."
Impact
This quickly established a single source of truth across approximately 130 project participants. Version risk at planning stage was materially reduced, decision-making accelerated and internal firefighting diminished. Trigon gained continuous visibility over consultant engagement and project status, enabling tighter governance, lower management overhead and greater confidence delivering a complex, high-risk scheme.
