Graham joins fu3e’s Board to support commercial strategy, institutional client engagement, and international expansion.

As a Non-Executive Director at Gleeds, a leading international construction and property consultancy, Graham has served in senior roles since 1995 and has most recently led the company as CEO since 2019 - 2026, driving significant growth, digital and ESG transformation as well as global expansion across Europe, the United States and Asia.

His career spans more than 30 years in the built environment, with deep experience advising developers and funders on complex, large-scale projects.

In addition to his executive responsibilities at Gleeds, Graham serves on boards in the real estate and investor community, demonstrating high-level strategic oversight and sector influence.

This appointment strengthens fu3e’s leadership capability at a pivotal time in the company’s development, supporting its growth strategy, pipeline conversion, and expansion beyond the UK market.
